Odd Wren is on my receipt. What did I buy?
An app from this studio. The receipt email from Polar names the app, and the customer portal lists what you bought with that email address.
How do I download my app again?
Open the customer portal, sign in with the email address you bought with, and download it from there. The link in your receipt email works too.

Can I get a refund?
Yes. Refunds are handled by Polar under the terms of the app you bought, which its site states. Tomette can be refunded within 14 days, for any reason.
My statement shows a charge from Polar or Odd Wren. What is it?
A purchase of one of the studio's apps. Polar processes the payment, so a statement may show either name. If you do not recognise it, write to the app's support address before disputing it with your bank.

Purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller of each order.
