Odd Wren

A studioof one.

I make small software: apps with a single job, finished before they are released, and kept as simple as that job allows. It is slow work, and it is meant to be.

The name comes from the wren, a bird small enough to overlook and loud enough to be heard across a garden. I would like the apps to be like that: modest in size, clear in voice.

The first is Tomette, a focus timer that lives in the Mac menu bar. Others will follow when they are ready.

The apps are sold through Polar, which takes the payment and sends the receipt. The name on it is Odd Wren, and the person behind that name is the one who answers when you write.
